Why Neravise was created
One connected pathway for complex assessment work.
Neravise was created to reduce the fragmented administration surrounding neurodevelopmental assessment. Instead of clinicians moving between disconnected notes, questionnaires, recordings, evidence and report documents, Neravise brings the pathway together in one structured clinical workspace.
This makes assessment information easier to organise, connect and review while keeping clinical reasoning and professional judgement with the clinical team.
The assessment journey
How Neravise works
One connected pathway brings together information, clinical reasoning, reporting and review that would otherwise sit across separate processes.
1. Referral & Consent
Manage intake, pathway status and informed consent from the start.
2. Assessment Information
Bring together developmental history, questionnaires, structured interviews, observation notes and authorised transcripts.
3. Evidence Hub & Triangulation
Organise sourced clinical evidence, compare settings and identify supporting, conflicting or missing information.
4. Report Drafting
Develop a structured clinical report from reviewed evidence and clinician-led synthesis.
5. QA & Final Report
Review, amend, approve and produce the controlled final report within the same workflow.
Evidence Hub
Evidence organised, not scattered.
Bring information from developmental history, questionnaires, parent or carer accounts, clinical interviews, observations, practitioner notes and approved transcript evidence into a structured Evidence Hub.
Every item keeps its source visible so clinicians can review context before using it in formulation or reporting.
Clinical synthesis
From evidence to clinical synthesis.
Compare information across settings, identify inconsistencies, consider supporting and contradictory evidence, and develop an editable clinical synthesis for report drafting.
Neravise organises the evidence. The clinician decides what it means.
Supported documentation
AI where it helps, clinicians where it matters.
AI-enabled capabilities may assist with transcription, evidence summarisation, information organisation and draft content. They do not independently diagnose or replace clinical interpretation.
- AI-assisted content remains a draft until reviewed.
- Approved clinical evidence remains central.
- Professional judgement stays with the clinician.
Clinical governance
Quality assurance built into the pathway.
Review reports by section, record reviewer comments, request changes, complete practitioner amendments and approve the report without moving the case into a separate process.
Finalisation remains controlled, auditable and linked to the people responsible for review and approval.
Data protection and healthcare privacy
Designed for trusted clinical environments.
Neravise is designed to support clinically governed assessment workflows with privacy, controlled access and accountability built into the platform.
ICO Registered
Neravise Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
UK GDPR
The platform is designed with UK GDPR principles and requirements in mind. Compliance also depends on appropriate lawful bases, contracts, policies and organisational use.
Data Protection Act 2018
Neravise considers the Data Protection Act 2018 when designing how personal and clinical information is accessed, handled and governed.
US Healthcare and HIPAA
Neravise is being designed around HIPAA-aligned privacy and security principles. Production use with protected health information requires verified safeguards, appropriate agreements, organisational policies and legal review.
