About Neravise Ltd

Neravise Ltd was created in response to the growing demand for timely, high-quality neurodevelopmental assessments and the increasing pressures faced by clinicians balancing large caseloads with detailed clinical documentation.

Founded by a HCPC Registered and BPS Chartered Practitioner Psychologist with experience in neurodiversity assessments, Neravise was built from a clinician’s perspective, recognising that effective assessment is not only about efficiency, but also about building meaningful therapeutic relationships and delivering person-centred care.

The platform is designed to bring referrals, developmental history, sourced evidence, structured report drafting and QA review into one clinical workspace. Recording, transcription and AI-assisted content are optional capabilities, available only where activated after organisational and governance checks. Clinicians remain responsible for interpretation, amendments and approval.

Patient data protection is central to that purpose. Neravise is designed with privacy, security, organisation-level access controls and clinician accountability at its core.
