This notice explains the limited browser storage used by the current Neravise website and authenticated platform.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files or similar browser-storage technologies used to remember information or support a website function.

2. Essential cookies and storage

Neravise uses essential authentication and session storage supplied by its authentication provider so signed-in users can access authorised areas and maintain a secure session. These technologies are necessary for the requested service.

3. Authentication and session use

Authentication data is used to confirm the current user, route them to the correct workspace and expire access when the session ends. Clinical narrative, recordings and transcripts must not be stored in browser storage.

4. Analytics cookies

The current Neravise code does not activate Google Analytics or another non-essential analytics cookie. If analytics are added later, they must remain off until an appropriate consent choice has been recorded.

5. Marketing and advertising cookies

The current Neravise code does not activate marketing or advertising cookies. Future advertising or conversion tracking would require a reviewed consent mechanism before it begins.

6. Cookie preferences

Because only essential authentication and service storage is currently used, there is no non-essential cookie preference to switch on or off. A preference control must be added before any non-essential category is enabled.

7. Changing browser settings

You can remove or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential authentication storage may prevent practitioner and administration areas from working.
