Explore autismAssessment reporting and quality assurance
Bring assessment evidence, clinician-authored drafts and quality assurance into one connected workflow. Neravise supports practitioners preparing neurodevelopmental reports, while interpretation, clinical decisions and final approval remain with the responsible clinician.
Evidence before wording
A clinical report needs more than a transcript. Developmental history, collateral accounts, observation notes and other reviewed information may each contribute a different perspective. Neravise connects evidence organisation with report drafting so practitioners can check the source and context of information before using it.
Clinicians decide which evidence is relevant, how to explain inconsistencies and where further information is needed. A transcript alone does not establish a clinical conclusion.
Clinician authorship
Develop the report in editable sections, reviewing the wording against the underlying evidence. Amend descriptions, distinguish reported information from observations and make the clinical reasoning explicit. The practitioner remains responsible for the interpretation and for checking any content included in the draft.
Review before release
Keep the draft connected to its review process. QA comments can identify wording that needs clarification or evidence that needs checking. Clinician amendments and reviewer decisions form part of the pathway before controlled finalisation. Completing a draft is a separate step from approving a final clinical report.
Agreed service scope
Recording, transcription and AI-assisted drafting are optional capabilities, available only where separately approved and activated following organisational and governance checks. Our demonstration uses clinician-authored fictional content; it does not demonstrate live transcription or production-ready AI report generation. Confirm the available functions and deployment requirements for your service before clinical use.
Illustrative example using fictional information only
A fictional history summary describes difficulty managing unfamiliar routines. An observation note records a comfortable conversation in a familiar setting. The report needs to explain the different contexts rather than present either account as the whole picture.
A clinician-authored paragraph distinguishes the reported history from the observed session. A reviewer asks for clearer attribution before approval. No real patient information or AI-generated clinical conclusion is used in this example.
Identify what was reported, what was observed and which context belongs to each account.
Clarify the paragraph and record the clinician’s interpretation without removing uncertainty from the evidence.
Address the reviewer’s comments and complete the required review and approval steps before finalising the report.
Transcription turns speech into text. Neravise supports the wider assessment reporting process: organising evidence, editing report sections, making clinician amendments and following QA review through to finalisation.
The responsible clinical team reviews the evidence and wording and completes the required approval process. Neravise supports that workflow; it does not independently diagnose or replace professional judgement.
Yes. Describe your mental health or neurodiversity assessment pathway and the reporting stages you want to discuss. We will confirm the relevant demonstration scope. Please do not send patient-identifiable information or clinical records.
